• Change of Mind
  We do not normally provide a refund if you have simply changed your mind, so please choose carefully.

• Faulty or Incorrect Items
  If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery. You will need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

  • If your return is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

• How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at [email protected] to request a return authorisation.

  2. Include your order details and reason for return.

  3. Once authorised, post the product back to us with a note inside your package.

Event Tickets

• Refunds
  Event tickets are non-refundable if you simply change your mind or can no longer attend.

• Cancellations by You
  If you are unable to attend, please contact us at [email protected]. While we cannot guarantee refunds, we will do our best to assist where possible (for example, by transferring your ticket to another person if permitted for that event).

• Cancellations or Changes by Hush
  If an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly changed, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement ticket. We will notify you of your options if this occurs.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the product or service is not of acceptable quality but the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced, or the service re-supplied.
