The Hush Foundation are sharing these innovative reflection cards created by Dr Simon Craig through PosMed. Brave Talks are a unique and innovative addition to Healthcare. They serve multiple purposes that benefit patients, organizations, and the wellbeing of the Healthcare Worker. Brave Talks allow individual reflection and self awareness, aid coaching processes and facilitate group and team bonding.
Brave Talks are designed and produced with PosMed – and informed by clinical experience, hospital leadership, and wellbeing expertise.
With initial ‘íce-breaker’ cards, over 70 deeper reflection cards, and also cards that help draw group sessions to meaningful closure and steps forward.
Dr Simon Craig has been a medical doctor for 30 years, initially specialising in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and now works in Coaching and Executive Hospital Leadership.
